Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. It will instantly erase your streak metrics, customized study playlists, custom folders, and active progress logs from our sync servers.

Option 1: Delete Instantly In-App

If you have the ReeWise mobile application installed, you can trigger an immediate automated purge:

  1. Ensure you are signed in.
  2. Tap the Settings (Gear) icon on the main feed screen.
  3. Tap Delete Account in the Account section and confirm.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request

If you have already uninstalled the application, request a deletion below. Our support team will process your request within 24 hours.

What data is purged?

All account profile information, study streak logs, folders, playlists, active session queues, and push tokens. Data is permanently deleted with 0-day retention.
